Joshua Dietz concentrates his practice to the representation of claimants and policyholders in the areas of complex insurance coverage litigation. He has a vast array of insurance experiences to draw upon from his professional life. Joshua has built his insurance law practice on actual work experience in the construction, real estate, hospitality, insurance, personal injury, oil and gas, and legal defense industries.

Just prior to opening the Dietz Law Firm, Joshua worked for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. After becoming an attorney, Joshua was an insurance coverage litigation lawyer at one of the top premier insurance coverage defense law firms in the United States, which was one of three in the United States that were internationally recognized for insurance law.

Now, Joshua no longer represents insurance companies; he only represents policyholders and claimants. Joshua represents individuals, small businesses, and mid-sized businesses in their claims against insurance companies. Joshua has represented clients during claim disputes, declaratory judgment actions, litigation, appraisals, arbitration, and mediation on various insurance policies and insurance coverages. Joshua knows and understands insurance policies, insurance statutes, and insurance case law.

Although Joshua concentrates his practice in the areas of complex insurance coverage litigation, his clients have requested that he take on other closely related matters as well. For his clients, Joshua has been counsel on business structuring, business disputes, contract cases, real estate matters, family law matters, probate matters, employment disputes, and drafted wills and power of attorneys.
