Attorney Joshua D. Dietz
In 2007, Joshua D. Dietz established the Dietz Law Firm to represent individuals who have been injured and businesses that have been damaged as a result of someone else’s actions. The firm is committed to offering its clients personalized service tailored to meet individual needs and aggressive legal representation in pursuit of justice.
Mr. Dietz is a trial attorney and practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, Consumer Law, Construction Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Oil and Gas, Criminal Law, and Litigation.
Prior to creating his own law firm, Mr. Dietz worked for Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, LLP, a premier defense litigation firm, where he further developed his knowledge and skills in the area of insurance coverage litigation defending insurance carriers in lawsuits against policyholders in a variety of insurance related disputes.
Before working at Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, LLP, Mr. Dietz began his legal career with the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas based law firm of Bailey & Galyen. At Bailey & Galyen, he worked as a plaintiff’s attorney in personal injury cases, maximizing clients’ claims. Mr. Dietz was able to maximize his clients’ claims by utilizing his previous insurance background and knowledge of the insurance policy and how insurance companies defend against these cases.
While attending Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in the evenings, Mr. Dietz worked as an insurance adjuster with State Farm Insurance Company. His work as an adjuster included representing State Farm in property and casualty claims, arbitrations regarding coverage disputes, and managing the large claim file docket to ensure files complied with the Texas Insurance Code and Residential Construction Liability Act. He was also responsible for evaluating liability for the potential resolution of insurance claims.
