Kelli Johnson provides personalized legal representation for clients who are in debt and need a way out. Ms. Johnson’s practice includes conducting debt relief consultations, and filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy on behalf of her clients.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Johnson worked for five years as a bankruptcy paralegal. Currently, Ms. Johnson’s bankruptcy practice is focused on Tarrant, Dallas, Parker, and Johnson Counties.
In addition to being a bankruptcy attorney, Ms. Johnson represents clients in divorces, modification of divorce decrees, and child support enforcement. She also regularly drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and handles probate of estates. Ms. Johnson’s client representation also extends to ad litem in guardianship and heirship proceedings.
